]]> The talk of the town these past few weeks in Malaysia had been the implementation of GST. GST, which stands for Goods & Services Tax is also known as VAT or the value added tax in many countries. It is a multi-stage consumption tax imposed on goods and services, which takes effect in Malaysia beginning last 1st April.

To help alleviate the confusion regarding GST implementation, we at Stampede together with our wonderful friend Lily decided to whip up a simple infographic. It should be able to explain what GST is, what impact it will have on us in general in terms of spending and retailers, and what we can do to make GST as painless as possible for us. Enjoy!
