Dov is a co-founder of Stampede. He leads the company’s development and analytical strategy. He enjoys the process of developing, where you have to consider possible outcomes and code elegantly in anticipation of future demands of the system.
Shaza is a co-founder of Stampede. She leads UX and creative process, practicing design at the intersection of business and technology for 12 years. A firm believer of finesse and attention to detail, Shaza advocates for design as efficient problem-solving tool for business. Her design process is shaped by curiosity, backed by data and desire to understand the user at the end of the service design spectrum. Shaza coaches UX practitioners at startup and enterprise level and currently serves as the Principal Curator at UX Malaysia.
An Android purist, Syazwan translates our designers’ work into functional HTML webpages. If you can sketch it, he can probably do it. Our designers are sticklers for pixel perfection and Syazwan delivers, every time. Holler to Syazwan if you are a Man U fan too.
Hidayu is the UX Lead for Stampede. Graduated from Materials Engineering, she makes the leap into tech and UX to coordinate and execute digital projects. A strong believer that the attention people give to what they make is reflected in the end result, Hidayu runs impeccable quality control sessions and assists clients in user acceptance testing. In her free time, she scales buildings and perform silent assassination in Assassin’s Creed, among other games.
Mai Sarah is a Product designer in Stampede. She works closely with product managers and developers to deliver good design solutions to users. Quite a fortunate accident, Sarah stumbled upon her interest in design during her years studying Finance. Her thirst for learning new things and curiosity to know what she doesn’t know yet landed her in Stampede.
During her free time, Mai Sarah enjoys long drives to random places. She likes learning, observing and adapting to new environment to understand human behaviours.
Amirul is a Product designer with experience in point-of-sale systems, e-commerce, digital marketing, and branding. He seamlessly bridges a passion for crafting intricate UI details with shaping big-picture strategies, from roadmaps to unlocking product value and impact.
At Stampede, Amirul enriches the team with his experience in quantitative studies, delivering data-driven insights to shape user-centric designs. Outside of work, he draws inspiration from art and music, fueling his creativity through visual and audio expressions.
Stephanie is a UX designer with a background in psychology and special needs education. She discovered UX as the answer to her love for complex problem-solving. At Stampede, she leads research, tests solutions and contributes to our ever-growing UX knowledge library.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, petting her plants and drawing.
Nurul is an Administrative Executive at Stampede. Working behind the scenes, Nurul takes care of Stampede’s operational day-to-day including juggling phone calls, handling mail and claims, and liaising with clients. In her free time, she enjoys looking for and trying out DIY sewing courses to reuse clothes and make outfits for her adorable daughter.
Adlin is a Business and Ops Executive here at Stampede. Previously, she worked in the maritime business industry, but the pandemic has taught her to follow her heart, take a leap of faith and make a career change to the design industry instead.
She loves everything and anything artsy; after work, she enjoys writing, painting, reading and playing her ukulele. She even moved to Penang because, yes you guessed it, there is art everywhere and an abundance of museums to explore! One day, she thought to herself, “why not combine my skills as a salesperson and hobbies together?” then BOOM, the rest as they say, is history.
Azim is an Associate UX Designer with a background in architecture and construction. With experience in UX research, he is passionate about sharing insights gained through his professional journey.
Having spent part of his childhood in Japan, Azim has a deep appreciation for Japanese pop culture and media, which continues to inspire his creative perspective!
Syazwan began his career as a chemical engineer before his fascination with coding led him to transition into software development in 2020. A meticulous developer with a keen eye for detail, he takes immense satisfaction in seeing users benefit from the solutions he creates.
When he’s not coding, Syazwan enjoys spending time with his family, revisiting his love for running, and still proudly plays Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 — a classic he believes will never go out of style.
Suhail is a Full Stack Developer at Stampede.
He began his career as an electronic engineer, but his passion for coding, which developed during his studies and was further nurtured at work, led to a career shift. A cup of coffee fuels his day, and he enjoys staying active by playing sports such as football, futsal, and badminton. In his free time, he prefers staying cozy at home, spending quality time with his family.
Cindy Joseph is the Operations Manager at Stampede, bringing over 25 years of experience. She has honed the ability to drive seamless daily operations and specializes in process improvement and strategic thinking, enabling organizations to achieve efficiency and sustainable growth. Cindy is a HRD-accredited trainer passionate about teaching and mentoring. She enjoys unwinding with a cup of coffee, a good book (or a puzzle), and the company of her two beloved fur-babies.
Afeef is a tech enthusiast with a degree in electronics engineering and a couple of years of experience as a Radar Surveillance Engineer. His fascination with problem-solving and innovation eventually led him to pivot into software engineering, where he’s now fully immersed in coding, building, and creating impactful solutions.
Outside of work, Afeef is a passionate gamer, an avid reader and also stays active at the gym or out exploring. Afeef is all about balancing his tech-driven career with a love for adventure and staying on the move. Always eager to learn and grow, he’s someone who thrives on both challenges and new experiences.
